The position
As a brand manager at Curalife you will lead the execution of the brand marketing strategy across all marketing channels. You will drive performance marketing, product marketing, and shopper marketing efforts to optimize D2C channels and expand into retail. Utilize your expertise in consumer goods, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Collaborate with the performance advertising agency, sales team, and marketing department to maximize brand impact. Responsibilities:
- Implement the overall brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, with a focus on driving qualified traffic and optimizing conversions.
- Leverage market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies to drive performance.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent creative, messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving qualified traffic, maximizing conversions, and optimizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns, leveraging data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead shopper marketing efforts to support the US sales team and expand Curalife's presence into retail channels, driving brand visibility, velocity and optimizing the shopper experience.
- Manage product marketing initiatives, including packaging design and messaging, to ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize product appeal.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, aligning with performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and performance marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, optimizing performance marketing campaigns and ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in brand management and performance marketing roles, preferably within the consumer wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, with a focus on performance marketing optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels and tactics, such as paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience in consumer goods at retailers & E-tailers, preferably with global and/or US exposure, demonstrating a deep understanding of the retail landscape and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging brand messaging for performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing relationships with performance advertising agencies and vendors, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
