As a Marketing Data Scientist, you will be responsible for digging deep into the data to discover trends and insights that can be leveraged to grow key company metrics like acquisition, retention, AOV, LTV, etc. In addition to answering any questions our various teams ask of the data, you will be driven by a sense of curiosity to find the nuggets of data gold yourself, and present them to the team. You will ideate with the Product and Marketing team on growth ideas, and follow them through to execution. You will maintain and add to our BI system, and will also be responsible for evaluating and choosing the different data platforms out there that will support your role.
● 3+ years experience in data sciences, including BI system management ● Complete mastery of Google Analytics. Mixpanels, Facebook Analytics, Firebase, and iOS analytics are strong advantages.
● Experience in data-driven growth hacking
● Strong understanding of statistics and statistical tools
● Excel master including ability to write macros
● Ability to turn data into insights on which you can pose hypotheses
● Experience with user engagement processing, feedback collection and product insight generation.
● Good English
