Your Role 

We’re looking for a bookkeeper and payroll controller. You will be responsible for the day to day financial activities of the company and will work closely with CuraLife’s Vp finance. You will be detail oriented, yet a big thinker. You love interacting with people, and numbers are one of your passions. You're a go-getter, no task is too small or too hard. You will have the opportunity to work across our direct to consumer digital teams, B2B international activity and focus on our N. American expansion.

Your Skills 

As CuraLife's Bookkeeper you will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain the books up to balance sheet, Manage AP balances, process vendor invoices, maintain approval flow and payments. You will work closely with the VP finance, and the senior leadership. 

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 3 or above and certified “Payroll Controller”. ○ At least 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper 
  • Experience with tax compliance (including estimated payments, VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.) and Financial reporting to social security, tax authorities, VAT, Israel authorities 856, 126 etc. including responsibility for the transfer of employees' social benefits funds to insurance companies and constant control of funds status. 
  • Experience with: Monthly closing of a medium-sized company, Supplier invoices recording to the financial system, Bank reconciliation, Reconciliation of supplier accounts, Credit Cards monitoring and booking, petty cash. ○ Experience working in a global Hi-Tech company
  • Good English skills 
  • Proficient working with office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Proficient working with Hashavshevet 
  • Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills, a team player with passion for excellent service, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
