A fast-growing, Tel Aviv health technology startup seeks an experienced head of creative to lead the messaging, advertising and sales funnel creation across the company. 

 About the position:

The Art Director will be working in Growth Channels in the Marketing & product Department, reporting to the VP of Creative. In this role, you will serve as the senior designer, responsible for designing performance-oriented ads, apps, & leading the branding development.

You will design for all marketing channels, including, landing pages, ads, social ads, video productions, branding stuff, and more. This is an exciting role for a “full stack” designer with excellent and natural storytelling visual skills and vast knowledge in performance- to help shape our brands' story.

What will you do?

  • Create high converting performance ads (scripts, video, content) 
  • Plan and execute content strategies for multiple channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to produce creative assets 
  • Optimize the existing sales funnels and creative playbook, while developing concepts for new sales funnels (ads, landing pages, product pages, and retention content)
  • Unify the marketing, sales, and brand content to present the full and compelling story of the company to customers

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, Developers, PR, video, design, and other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize communication approaches
  • Design our website and develop new components while working on a clear design system
  • You can lead and produce high quality, high performing assets 
  • You understand the process and expectations for delivering at a high volume, quickly
  • You are always looking to improve and optimize creative for better results based on data
  • You have next-level attention to detail and are not afraid to take initiative and be proactive
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to iterate and produce

  • At least 2 years of professional designer experience

  • A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles.
  • Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process focusing on online graphic design skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
  • Great personality and social skills
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
