Tasty Asian Salmon Fillets
This dish is incredibly flavorful yet light at the same time. All of these flavors come together in just under 20 minutes - yet someone would think you spent all day cooking in the kitchen with a taste like this. With few ingredients and little prep time, you will have a flavorsome dish that the whole family will love!
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
6 Pieces of skinless salmon fillet (approx. 125g each)
Marinade Ingredients:
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Tsp Honey
Pinch of Chili Flakes
For Garnish:
1 Tbsp freshly chopped coriander
4 Shredded spring onions
Method:
1) Combine all of the marinated ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2) Add salmon fillets and let the marinade coat the fillets fully. Set aside to let the flavors infuse together.
3) Over medium heat, cook each side to 3-4 minutes. Add whatever marinade you have left on top.
4) Apply garnishes on top as wanted!
